Klar is a Mexican fintech startup whose mission is to democratize and revolutionize the way in which financial services have been delivered so far in Mexico, especially since half of the population doesn’t have a bank account. We offer a rich set of products across our debit and credit offers and the future is bright for Klar! The position and your daily adventures
This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.
What you can expect:
Design (principally for mobile) wireframes, High-Fidelity prototypes and other UI assets that are; simple, elegant, modern and user centered
Quality assurance of UI assets
Evaluate interfaces designs (performance and areas of improvement) not only how they look, but also how they act and react when a user performs an action
Design the interactive properties of each screen and the individual UI elements, for example, animations, transitions, and other micro-interactions
Define individual components, (such as typography, logos, icons and color palettes) that shape the look and feel of our digital interfaces
Collaborate with brand team
Create and present solutions supported by UI’s principles (such as consistency, familiarity, efficiency, etc...)
Handoff designs to front-end developers
Maintain and optimize UI processes
Take part in research and ideation processes
Communicate with global teams to present your work and ideas
Promote design excellence and consistency by advocating for and nurturing our Klar UI mobile library and Design System
Collaborate to validate designs and ensure product success by conducting workshops and other sessions with diverse internal teams
Figma organization and documentation
Close collaboration with engineering teams to implement changes to the design system (icons, components, illustrations)
